Returns & Refunds Policy

At Yablonovsky Art, every piece is created with care and intention. Because of the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

All original paintings are final sale and non-returnable.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an original piece has been purchased.

If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging so we can assist you.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced on demand and are considered custom items.

For this reason, prints are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged or contains a production error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the issue and the original packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• The wrong item

• A print with a noticeable production defect

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Any additional fees imposed by their country

These charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders for prints may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Original artwork orders cannot be canceled once purchased.
